Delivery area
Casazama displays all countries and regions at checkout. Delivery still follows the shipping zones below. Ukraine remains undeliverable, as on the previous policy.
Free shipping
Orders to regular destinations ship free, with no minimum order value. This is not a claim of free shipping to every address.
Exception destinations
These destinations use Fast Shipping (UPS/DHL Express/Fedex): 5-7 Days, charged per item:
- Iceland (IS)
- Norway (NO)
- Cyprus (CY)
- Lebanon (LB)
- Puerto Rico (PR), treated as a country
- United States: Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) only. Other US states follow free shipping.
The planned charge is 100 EUR per item. The store currency is USD, and the live exception zone still uses the previous per-item amount of 115 in store currency. We do not convert 100 EUR into 100 USD.
Order preparation
After we receive an order we check stock, whether the item needs extra work, the shipping address, and whether the destination matches this policy. A complete street address is required. When the order ships we email a tracking number.
Carriers on free shipping
Free-shipping orders may move by DPD, a small-parcel express service, or EMS, depending on size and weight. Times on the previous policy remain estimates, not guarantees.

Tariffs
Customs charges may apply when a parcel’s longest side is more than 60 cm. If a tariff is charged, Casazama covers 20% of that amount. Typical remaining amounts, when they occur, have been about 0–20 USD per piece.
Late delivery
If goods are not delivered on the estimated schedule, the previous 10% delayed-goods compensation still applies to the delayed items.
Do not book an electrician from stock text or an estimated delivery date. Wait until the piece has arrived.
