Can I change or cancel an order?
The return policy allows changes or free cancellation within 24 hours. Orders that have shipped cannot be modified or cancelled. See the Refund & Return Policy for exceptions and charges.
How long do I have to request a return?
You may request a return within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and complete with accessories. Exclusions, return shipping and possible restocking fees apply; read the full return policy.
How do I start a return?
Email [email protected] with the reason and item details. Wait for return approval before sending the item back, then provide tracking details and photos as described in the policy.
Is shipping free to every destination?
No. Regular destinations have free shipping with no minimum, while exception destinations and addresses use paid shipping. Ukraine remains undeliverable. Check the Shipping Policy for the current destination rules and charges.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed when the order ships. Use it on 17track.net or contact [email protected]. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
