CASA ZAMA- ISLA MUJERES LUXURY VACATION HOME RENTAL
Welcome to Casa Zama. This modern Mexican vacation rental home is
located on the beautiful island of Isla Mujeres…just a 15 minute ferry ride from
Cancun. Isla Mujeres and Casa Zama offer you the most relaxing and invigorating
Mexican vacation you could dream of. A Modern Mexican masterpiece designed by Architect
Ivonne Gamio, a student of world famous Mexican Architect, Ricardo Legoretta. Casa
Zama is the embodiment of contemporary Mexican Design. Vibrant colors, open spaces,
the soothing sounds of water, and sunbathed rooms with endless ocean views define
the space. Casa Zama is perched on one of the highest areas of Punta Sur, and has
unobstructed views of the crystal clear water of the Caribbean, spectacular ocean
breezes and heavenly Mexican sunrises. Casa Zama lives up to its name, which is
the Mayan word for “Dawn” and “New Beginnings.” This rental home is loaded with
all the amenities you need. This spacious home consists of 2 levels with 2 luxury
suites and one ensuite bedroom, each with its own beautifully tiled bathroom and
oversized steam shower with ocean views. There is a large living room, dining room,
fully equipped kitchen, full laundry, outdoor palapa and outdoor cooking area. The
luxury suites have a terrace overlooking the pool and ocean, air conditioning, ceiling
fans, satellite TV, wireless high-speed internet access, telephone, large living
areas and lounge chairs for your afternoon vacation siesta. There are also single
air mattresses provided for additional guests, if needed.
INSIDE
Upon entry you will walk across “floating” stone steps over a glistening
pool of cascading water to the large picturesque iron door. This entrance opens
up to the upper level which has a luxury suite on each side. One of these suites
has a King bed and the other has two Queen beds. Both suites feature pillow-top
matresses and 400 count Egyptian cotton sheets. Each suite
has cable TV, wireless internet capability, telephone and air conditioning. They
both have a large living area with couches and chairs and a fully stocked mini fridge
and coffee maker. Each suite has large custom wood cabinetry and closets. The custom
stone and tile bathrooms have oversized steam showers with views of the ocean. The
Suites both have sliding glass doors that open onto a rooftop terrace with magnificent
views of the pool, and ocean skyline.
To get to the lower level you will walk down an oversized suspended wood staircase
into an enchanting courtyard with bamboo plants and a peaceful flowing river rock
fountain. The lower level has a large family room and dining with TV, DVD player,
stereo with outdoor speakers and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
This level opens up to pristine pool and jacuzzi overlooking the turquoise Caribbean.
There are beach chairs and hammocks underneath a shady palapa for you to lay back
and relax in while enjoying an ice cold beer or pina colada. There is also a poolside
bathroom and shower for your convenience as well as a stainless steel gas barbecue
pit to grill your fresh catch of the day on.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Our onsite service staff can provide you with information or make
arrangements for diving, snorkeling, fishing, sight-seeing or anything else you
may need. Rooms are cleaned and serviced on a regular basis and linens are changed
frequently. Arrangements can be made to have such services as massage, facials or
yoga, right there on the terrace overlooking the ocean and feeling the ocean breeze!
