Confirming a reservation:
When we receive your reservation request, and provided the dates you require are
available, we will temporarily reserve the casa in your name for 24 hours. Once
we have confirmed via email that the casa is available for the dates you require
a payment deposit will be due.
A Reservation is not Confirmed until your deposit has been received, this must be
done within 24 hours or we will make the casa available again.
On receipt of payment within 24 hours the casa is considered booked and will be
locked out of the availability calendar. We accept payment via PAYPAL, MC, VISA,
AMEX. , and personal check( if bookings are more than 60 days out.)
If your arrival date is 60 days or less from the booking date then 100% of the rental
fee is payable on booking via Credit card or Bank check. If your arrival date is
more than 60 days from the booking date then 50% of the rental fee is payable on
booking.
Balance Payment:
The balance of your rental payment is due 60 days prior to travel.
Cancellation:
Casa Zama does not offer any refunds for cancellation, but will honor your rental
at a later date up to one year from the original booking date. We reserve the right
to vary or change these Terms and Conditions without notice.
We advise all visitors to take out comprehensive insurance so that they suffer no
financial hardship due to sudden emergencies meaning they have to cancel their vacation.
Keys:
You may collect your keys from our agent on Isla. Full details
of key collection and how to enter the casa and other details will be supplied at
time of your final payment. There will be a $50 USD charge for lost keys and $100
USD charge for lost remote controls for the Air Conditioners, TVs, etc.
Maximum Occupancy:
Casa Zama sleeps a maximum of 8 people. We do not accept a higher occupancy than
this. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation should more than 8 people
be resident in the property.
Linens & Utensils:
Casa Zama is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery
you should require. All bed linen and towels are supplied.
Children:
Due to certain design aspects of the house, ie roof balcony and stairways, the owners
would point out that Casa Zama may be unsuitable for very young children. We also
request that children are properly controlled and not allowed to climb on the furniture,
etc.
Pets:
We do not allow clients to bring pets to the casa, there are however at least 2
friendly 'in-house' gecko's for your enjoyment.
Smoking:
We require smoking at the Casa be done in the outside areas.
Damages:
While normal wear and tear is considered acceptable, damage to the fabric of the
casa or the fixtures and furnishings will be charged for. We reserve the right to
request a damage deposit of $500 when booking, this deposit will be returned no
more than 15 days after you leave the property and provided no damage has been reported
to us by our agents. Any damages left by your party will be paid for from the $500
deposit and any balance will be returned to you within 15 days of you vacating the
property. We also reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning if the property
is not left in a reasonable condition.
Liability:
Payment of your deposit is deemed as full and final acceptance of our Terms & Conditions
of Booking for Casa Zama.
As part of these booking conditions you are undertaking to indemnify the owners
and agents of Casa Zama against any claim for liability for loss of personal property
or belongings, personal injury or death or any claim whatsoever resulting from your
residence of Casa Zama.
We strongly advise that clients take out comprehensive insurance for their vacation,
including full medical and repatriation insurance.
Contract:
These Terms & Conditions form a Contract between the owners and the renters. As
such, this contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by US Law, and
all disputes arising under or relating to this contract shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of the Courts of the United States.
We reserve the right to vary or change these Terms & Conditions without notice. |
